I woke up this morning, after days reading stories of this fandom, with an epiphany. So here's the idea.

Harry just wanted this to stop. Really.
When he moved, all he wanted was to work, make some friends, and maybe, just maybe, to meet a hot guy.
Never in his schedule did he mark ''be kidnapped every week'' !!!
Though, he have to say, he at least met the hot guy.
Or : Harry just moved at Hogwarts, expecting a simple life in the city that saw his (deceased) parents grow up, and instead got accidentally kidnapped on his first day by an agency. Since then, ''accidental kidnapping'' seems to be his everyday life.
