In Ohio, Bucky stops Yelena from being recruited into more assassinations and takes her to New York to pass on what he has learned. It turns out, they have a lot in common: grieving Steve, grieving Natasha, battling loneliness, hoping for redemption. Maybe it wasn’t so strange that when they finally found comfort, they found it in each other.

Summary

Bucky Barnes never asked for an assistant, nor did he want one. How hard could it be on his own? Bucky soon finds out Congress is something HYDRA never prepared him for. What they also didn't prepare him for is a 21st-century woman who is not afraid to take charge.
Follow their journey as Vivienne Thatcher (aka Viv) has to deal with Bucky not only as her handsome boss, but also as an exceedingly unhelpful one.
The story begins shortly after Brave New World and follows the events of Thunderbolts. Does not follow Doomsday. Happy Ending.

“I think so,” Will told him. “It still feels like a dream.”
“We killed a dragon,” Hannibal said, settling his treasures down on a bedside table. “And were born anew from the sea. It does sound something like a fairytale.”
Hannibal has taken away two children from Will Graham, he will not hurt him that way again.
