Summary
Grian has been many things.
A servant of a respected noble family. A survivor, with bruises on his skin and hidden wings tied down to his back. A rebel, sneaking away for a night of wonder in the heart of the kingdom - and a curiosity, gawked at by all as the King himself swept him into his arms and spent hours by his side.
When Scar spent days tracking Grian down and helping him escape the cruel grasp of the Watchers, Grian thought his life couldn’t surprise him anymore. Pledging his life to serve Scar was all he could do to thank his King.
Of course, being the personal servant of the King comes with its' own risks - and now Grian could add ‘hostage’ to his list of titles.
Or; someone decides kidnapping King Scar’s beloved servant was a good idea. It really wasn’t.

Summary
Grian presumed his soul was actively leaving his body – providing him with just another last minute delusion to take him into the next life - until he heard music.
His tired delusions were a lot of things, but they were never music.
Grian blinked, once, twice, then a third time. Still, the shape on the horizon didn’t fade. The light didn’t fade. The music didn’t fade. This wasn’t the blurry shadow of what may or may not be a rock, or the light of the moon against a wave imitating a town. This was a genuine miracle. This was his relief.
It was a ship!

After being cursed by a witch, Grian finds himself stuck in the form of a parrot with no way to change back, and only a conveniently handsome pirate captain to rely on until he reaches land.

Summary
Grian moves to America for his foster-fathers work, and along the way he meets Scar, one of the popular kids. Scar seems to show interest in him, but is it because they get in do well, or because there’s something more in it for him? And how will Grian deal with all this on top of competing for a scholarship and his ‘parenting troubles’?
OR
Scar accepts a bet to get Grian to fall for him
OR
Realising people were staring, Grian clutched his bag tighter to him. It was odd not to wear school uniform, but he was more than happy to be able to go to class in his favourite red jumper and any old pair of jeans.
He buzz on his phone had him pulling it out of his bag, a text from Jim: ‘Me and Liz are waiting outside for you!’
See, he told himself, everything will be fine.

Summary
The Fates aren’t called the weavers for nothing. They create the tapestry of the universe and anchor every being in it, be it god or mortal, human or animal. But sometimes, even for them, it’s hard controlling certain things. Some yarns are stubborn beyond compare, trying to change their path, ripping through the fabric, or even daring to intertwine with others in a way that is not always predictable (or intended).
But never, ever before, since the creation of all that is, had there been two beings interwoven like this… forging a connection that transcended time and space, defying every logic and rule there ever was in their strive to be together. Calling each other, even across the centuries standing between them.
This is their story. Of loss and heartbreak, of war and death, but above all… about a love so great, not even time could keep them apart. It is about finding a person, a place, to call home. About how to defend it against every foe and hardship.
And between Telemachus’ wit and Percy’s power, there is few that could even dream of standing in their way…
