Summary
Grian has been many things.
A servant of a respected noble family. A survivor, with bruises on his skin and hidden wings tied down to his back. A rebel, sneaking away for a night of wonder in the heart of the kingdom - and a curiosity, gawked at by all as the King himself swept him into his arms and spent hours by his side.
When Scar spent days tracking Grian down and helping him escape the cruel grasp of the Watchers, Grian thought his life couldn’t surprise him anymore. Pledging his life to serve Scar was all he could do to thank his King.
Of course, being the personal servant of the King comes with its' own risks - and now Grian could add ‘hostage’ to his list of titles.
Or; someone decides kidnapping King Scar’s beloved servant was a good idea. It really wasn’t.

Summary
Grian presumed his soul was actively leaving his body – providing him with just another last minute delusion to take him into the next life - until he heard music.
His tired delusions were a lot of things, but they were never music.
Grian blinked, once, twice, then a third time. Still, the shape on the horizon didn’t fade. The light didn’t fade. The music didn’t fade. This wasn’t the blurry shadow of what may or may not be a rock, or the light of the moon against a wave imitating a town. This was a genuine miracle. This was his relief.
It was a ship!

After being cursed by a witch, Grian finds himself stuck in the form of a parrot with no way to change back, and only a conveniently handsome pirate captain to rely on until he reaches land.

Summary
Grian moves to America for his foster-fathers work, and along the way he meets Scar, one of the popular kids. Scar seems to show interest in him, but is it because they get in do well, or because there’s something more in it for him? And how will Grian deal with all this on top of competing for a scholarship and his ‘parenting troubles’?
OR
Scar accepts a bet to get Grian to fall for him
OR
Realising people were staring, Grian clutched his bag tighter to him. It was odd not to wear school uniform, but he was more than happy to be able to go to class in his favourite red jumper and any old pair of jeans.
He buzz on his phone had him pulling it out of his bag, a text from Jim: ‘Me and Liz are waiting outside for you!’
See, he told himself, everything will be fine.

Summary
The Fates aren’t called the weavers for nothing. They create the tapestry of the universe and anchor every being in it, be it god or mortal, human or animal. But sometimes, even for them, it’s hard controlling certain things. Some yarns are stubborn beyond compare, trying to change their path, ripping through the fabric, or even daring to intertwine with others in a way that is not always predictable (or intended).
But never, ever before, since the creation of all that is, had there been two beings interwoven like this… forging a connection that transcended time and space, defying every logic and rule there ever was in their strive to be together. Calling each other, even across the centuries standing between them.
This is their story. Of loss and heartbreak, of war and death, but above all… about a love so great, not even time could keep them apart. It is about finding a person, a place, to call home. About how to defend it against every foe and hardship.
And between Telemachus’ wit and Percy’s power, there is few that could even dream of standing in their way…

Through the Sky-Blue Cracks {Hot Guy/Cute Guy Superhero/Hybrid AU} by Amethystfairy1

Summary
This is a compilation of all the pieces that take place within my Over-City/Under-City AU, which is also a Hot Guy/Cute Guy Superhero AU, though that's not the only thing that'll be going on! I plan to keep this series in chronological order, so I'll put all the pieces where they'd fall along the timeline, which may sometimes not line up with the publishing date. The exception to this is 'Pretty Boy' which, IF someone does want to read the whole series in order, I'd want them to have read that one first and then all the rest, so 'Pretty Boy' will always be the first fic in the line-up, but after that you could read chronologically or just bounce around as you please! I've written all of these to mostly stand-alone, so you shouldn't be too terribly confused no matter where you decide to start up!
Ask me about the series or just come say hi on tumblr! @amethystfairy1
This series is also being adapted into podfics by @boo-the-AHH if you prefer the audio format!

Summary
Dragons and Berk have been at war for generations; one year ago however, strange things started to happen during raids, which cannot possibly be the work of a dragon. Refusing to let her village be haunted by what they call the Phantom of the Arena, Astrid sets out to find the culprit.
-------------------
Hiccup leaves AU, inspired on the musical The Phantom of the Opera (takes place in the HTTYD universe, not a cross-over, no knowledge of the musical required to understand the story, not a songfic). Rated M for violence and sexual content. Chapters containing sexual content are marked as such.

Summary
JOEL thought Bread Bridge Bakery would be all stale muffins and nap-worthy shifts, until Jimmy’s sister Lizzie walked in with a smile sweeter than buttercream. Now he’s juggling cinnamon rolls, customer service, and the very real threat of Jimmy ending his existence.
GRIAN just wants to run his bakery in peace, craft the perfect macaron, and avoid catching feelings for his best friend's overly charming brother, Scar. But with drama rising faster than his dough, that’s easier said than done.
JIMMY never asked for this. His best friend is flirting with his sister. His brother is flirting with his other best friend. And everyone keeps acting like they’re in a romcom instead of a bakery. He came here for coffee, not a front-row seat to whatever this pastry-flavoured soap opera is.

Summary
Another obstacle cleared. He looped back around, brain so focused he didn't notice the wraps around his ankles coming loose, whipping like flags in the wind. He allowed himself height, spreading his wings to the fullest in the open sky, projecting massive shadows onto the ground below.
"Go 'round again!" Came Jimmy from the ground and Grian permitted a single pant before diving to restart his weave, counting the seconds in his head. He would beat his best.
Left. Right. Up. And down. Don't get caught. Don't touch the wood. Slip. Float like a feather but have the strength of a bull. Faster. Faster or they'll catch you, get caught and you're dead.
////
Grian was a soldier, he did as he was told. Trained hard each and every day despite the fatigue. Anything to defeat the cruel evil of the Watchers, but having to kill...to harm...what did that mean for his own sanity? What did that mean for his health? What did that mean for the war that waged mercilessly around him?
What did that mean, when Scar...an enemy soldier...showed him love?Bookmarked by Wavingwave

Summary
“Did I seriously…?” Grian trailed off and gave a high-pitched groan. “I feel like you guys set me up or something.”
“That’d be great.” Martyn’s voice came. “No Grian, we managed to sneak inside the palace and befriend the king just to play a prank on you.”OR: just a bunch of castle fluff with Scar and Grian and friends.
