He wasn’t sure why they’d always request him every time they came in, but he wouldn’t complain.

A bit of canon divergence where instead of the siblings working as Proxies, they found different jobs instead. For Wise, serving is just a way to make ends meet, but he has to admit there are a few customers who make it worth it—specifically that guy in the red scarf.
