He doesn’t know the words for the muscles in English, only knows how to show him.
Yes, technically he’s grabbing Yuuri’s ass, but how else is he to communicate?

All at one, Victor’s heart beats with pity for him. He will be among the first to die tomorrow. And yet still, he murmurs to Yakov: “Who is he?”
Yakov turns his gaze to Victor’s face and then follows his stare to the awkward figure across the room from them. “That’s Yuuri Katsuki. District 6. The iron forging and hot springs district.”
Victor nods, unable to look away from him. “He doesn’t seem like he will pose much of a threat.”
Yakov agrees with a quiet huff of breath. “Rumor is that he had put his name up for Bid Day so many times for the extra money that it was hardly a question that he would be chosen to represent his district.” A pause. “He seems like a good kid…” Yakov murmurs. It should have been a pleasant remark to make about someone else, but coming from Yakov with that precise tone of pity, it sounds more like an insult.

Summary
It all started with them visiting a sweets shop, and Yuuri ordering a strawberry parfait with cherry on top.
This leads to a surprising revelation: Yuuri can tie cherry stems with his tongue as if he was born to do it, and disregards it as something that wouldn’t really be useful. Victor was turned on. He should really have expected that he was the most sane among them as everyone turns to little shits behind our ever-oblivious Yuuri’s back.
Victor should have thrown that cherry away. He should really have. Or maybe unfriended these shits. That could work too.

College the time to have fun and be wild. At least that is Phichit's intention. So being paired with a roommate who rather stays in was not what he had thought. Then again he is a minor, so having one that doesn't party did mean he couldn't get drunk either. So when he finds out that Yuuri does know how to party you can't blame him for dragging him to a party off campus.
Maybe he should have been more adamant in asking why Yuuri never drank before.Series
