Summary
The year is 3062
It's a new year, new Yuuji. Literally.
Still reeling from the deepest of betrayals, Yuuji finds himself on a path of vengeance that will lead him into the darkest version of himself. It is a path that will take him back into the sinful, morally vacant arms of the one who betrayed him.
The same person who taught him that the unseen knife always cuts the deepest.
-Or: the sequel to the tragic, sci-fi dystopian epic where Yuuji fell in love with a man who didn't have his best interests in mind, and now that bastard is going to have to pay.

Summary
Nico was like a bird, always in motion. Always running, running, jumping from one place to the next – never staying still long enough to be kept.
Except by Percy, except like this.
(There's something to be said here, about a boy chasing another through a labyrinth. Wasting his summer looking in every shadow, maybe.)
A perfect feedback of pleasure and pain, all at once.

Summary
They say that if you put a frog in a pot of boiling water, it will instantly leap out. But if you put it in a pot with lukewarm water and gradually heat it, the frog won't be able to detect the change in the temperature until it dies.
Maybe they are the frog in this situation. Ignorant. Unaware of what's happening under their noses.
The flame gets hotter. They don’t know it. The water reaches boiling point and - “Wake up, Bam.”
Bam doesn’t answer.
“...Bam?”
The frog dies.
Where some things are inevitable.
“Sleep, those little slices of death — how I loathe them.”
