Spencer and Jade are roommate's. For him, he's studying statistical probability, whilst on the other hand, Jade is studying works to become a marine biologist.
With a zoo nearby their place, it was a perfect place for Jade to study and learn more about the animals that strive through Earths waters. Piquing Spencer's interest, even with his love for math, the built up work was becoming frustrating. This was a perfect chance to catch some sort of break.
