Yoichi is a hard worker. At-least that’s what he’s been told by his parents, colleagues, teachers, and bosses. He works hard to stay some-what in shape, no hardcore abs or anything but he considers himself pretty fit, for his sedentary lifestyle. He works hard to stay on top of his work, tries to call his parents at least once a week despite the seven hour time difference between Munich and Saitama. And right now he’s working so hard to ignore the flow of strangers unwanted thoughts ringing through his head. Isagi Yoichi is a normal, functioning thirty year-old man with a stable job and life. Or was normal up until a week ago on his thirtieth birthday, when he unwillingly and suddenly gained the ability to read people’s minds whenever he touched them or vice versa.

Kaiser's annoying. He's annoying, obnoxious, flirty, overbearing, and far too affectionate for being Isagi's rival. Isagi hates his shitty pick up lines, he hates how he chases after Isagi with a smug smile, he hates how he irritates Isagi to the point where Isagi wants to punch him in the jaw.
