Summary
A poem about a scientific-gifted musician I wrote last week.
Loved how it turned out so I posted it here.
Teaser:
Ruffled hair and foggy glasses
On a rainy winter day
Cheeky smile and loving glances
Oh what I would do to make you stay -

Summary
16-year-old bookworm and daydreamer Elin lives in a youth residential group in New York City since his parents died in a car accident three years ago. While he sometimes still grieves his lost, he learned to move on. Apart from occasional teenage problems, life is normal, relaxing, even. That is until August, a 17-year-old boy who ran away from his emotional abusive father, joins the youth residential group and moves into the room across the hall from Elin’s. At first, both are a bit insecure and don’t know how to integrate each other into their lives. As time passes, they get to know each other better and form a close friendship, and August enjoys the freedom of the residential group. Well, there is only one strict rule: Do not fall in love with one of your housemates, which prevents fights after a possible breakup. If this rule gets broken, you get kicked out. That shouldn’t be a problem for Elin and August, right? But what if feelings get involved?
