Those with heart fought back at the incoming chaos, making the world resemble those of comic books and leading to a new profession, "Pro-heroes," who uses their own powers, now called "quirks," to fight crime and keep the peace.
Unbeknownst to them, this is not the first time humanity wielded extraordinary power.
