Summary
A certain sense of awe was held within Kobra's words, and, as Jet looked up to where he was exactly looking, he almost agreed in kind.
They were small little things, off-white, nearly green, scattered and barely twinkling up above. The fluorescent lights barely hiding them.
"I think my brothers put those up."
"All sorta spacemen in your family, huh?"
A soft chuckle, "Yeah, Novas and Comets. All the stars."
"That's… Damn, that's sweet."
"Yeah?" Jet could feel the laugh of a smile, it crinkled the edges of his vision with how wide it was. And there was that warmth.
"Yeah."
A small moment that Jet shares with Kobra. One that's brought on from the Fabulous Four's drive, and subsequent rest, to Dr. Death Defying's place.

Summary
The forked weapon flung out, looking like it was a reaching hand for it's target, grasping out for the elk-rider. It spiralled, light and wind building around as lightening seemed to pool around it.
And when it hit—
Boom!
Thunder shook through him, rattling his bones, as light engulfed his vision. Kilowatts upon kilowatts of energy exerting out in a forceful explosion.
When the light finally dimmed, Beef blinked to see that the weapon seemed to have returned to it's owner, a dark ichor-like substance coating it.
The figure, horns curled around their face as they touched the blades, studying the blood before giving a dark laugh to the stormy air. The laugh seemed to sink into his bones, his fight or flight choosing in an instant to run.
Beef would say he's rather used to almost dying, but what he's not used to is almost dying to the Fey or really just the Fey in general.
Soon their customs and rather petty arguments will wrap him into a world that he's not quite ready for, but he's got people to take care of, so maybe it's not all bad.

Summary
It wouldn't do to keep wondering and angrily muttering about this poor man. There were better ways to use his time alone. But trying to at least finish his thought —a rather long thought— was something he could at least concede with his mind.
So pacing it was, back and forth, thinking about the weird way Etho's half-masked face would make expressions, how every time he seemed to smile his eyes crinkled and he'd do a sort of chuckle of a breath. How his armour seemed just right around his body, and wondering about how much of those muscles were just his armour or—
The prince could practically feel his face flush.
Oh. Oh! That's- Well... Nope, that explains everything.
Or, Prince Bdubs finds himself with a new guard and he realises quickly that he's caught some feelings for the man. It takes Sir Etho a bit more time to figure out.

Summary
Giving Evan’s shoulder a friendly yet firm pat, XVoid says, “You should probably run along home, as there might be people worrying about you. Don’t get yourself into too much trouble, alright?”
After the hero gently releases his grip and steps away, Evan stares in awe as XVoid zips away into the distance, jumping from portal to portal until he completely disappears within the buildings before him. Even after a full minute, Evan still finds himself staring out to where XVoid left, mind rushing with a thousand thoughts of what just happened to him.
"Wow," Evan whispers, still feeling his heart hammer against his chest from the adrenaline rush upon thinking of the hero. "What a cool guy..."
So, Evan decides that he wants to get to know the hero XVoid a little better using the most rational course of action that enters his mind at the moment: he’s going to become a vigilante.
In which two brothers are both living double-lives as a hero and vigilante, yet neither of them catch onto each other's identities. What shenanigans will ensue?
