I read a fic on here about Felix not debuting with skz, it peaked my interest it was never finished so here’s my own version for me.
‘Congratulations! Stray Kids will debut as 8!’
Felix works through the struggles of not debuting with stray kids and in return grows bitter and resentful to the members of Stray kids as he watches their success from afar in his new group Ateez.

Summary
Felix and his bandmates are entering their ninth year since debut, and, as always, they are throwing themselves into their next album. Recording, interviews, rehearsals, and perfecting powerful, eye-catching choreography consume their days. Packed schedules have become a normal part of being an idol, but with Felix’s already demanding solo activities added on top of everything else, he is being pushed closer and closer to his limit.
But that’s okay.
Felix knows how lucky he is to be doing what he loves, to stand on stage and perform alongside the people he considers his family. So what if he’s a little more tired than usual? What if the exhaustion never quite seems to fade? What if he can’t shake the occasional flutter in his chest or the brief bouts of light-headedness?
It’s nothing.
At least, that’s what Felix tells himself.
Being an idol is hard work. Everyone gets tired. And Felix has always been good at putting on his sunshine smile, reassuring everyone around him that he’s fine, and pushing forward.
So he keeps singing.
He keeps dancing.
He keeps laughing.
Until one day, he can’t.
Until one day, the music suddenly stops. -

Summary

Summary
It’s quiet for a moment, and then the omega asks, “Your name is Felix?”
Felix freezes. He hasn’t given someone his real name in years, and he’s a little shocked it just slipped out. He lets out a breath, hesitates for a split second, and then very deliberately does not take it back.
Instead, he lets his head roll to his left and opens his eyes to look at the person next to him. The omega has uncurled from his tight ball of terror and is looking back at Felix with pretty chocolate brown eyes. He’s about Felix’s age, he can tell, and he’s honestly very cute. “Hi,” Felix says. “Nice to meet you.”
The omega takes in a shaky breath. “I’m Jeongin,” he offers, and bursts into tears.
Or: Felix has been living off the grid ever since he fled his abusive former alpha. When he finds a distressed omega in an alley, he has no idea that bringing Jeongin back to his pack will get him everything he would never have dared to dream of.
