Summary
The Frog Brothers have a thankless job. Day after day, they patrol the boardwalk, seeking to protect the citizens of Santa Carla, and day after day, they're shooed out of shops and banned from businesses. All that changes when a mysterious stranger appears, wanting to hire them to do what they do best- though he may have a different opinion from them on what that is.
AKA David befriending the Frog Brothers AU, more crack than anything else, don't expect 100% serious characterization in this one.

Summary
She puts the cup to her lips and drinks it empty. It tastes how she expects; like salt and iron and a little bit like David, but it burns as it goes down, settling in her chest with a strange warmth.
The floor erupts in cheers, all surrounding her. Paul pulls her into a hug first, then Dwayne, and finally David. He holds onto her a little longer, and whispers in her ear:
“You won’t regret this, Star. I mean it.”
As he pulls away, looking down at her with eyes full of promise, Star really hopes he’s right.
