“We can finish this fight later.” Tozu twists his hand, his palm now face up. “You need to get back, now.”
The Ultimate Golfer looks at Tozu, then at Wolfgang, then at the screen. With a sigh, she puts the vial of blood into Tozu’s palm, then quickly leans down close to Wolfgang’s face.
“I’ll be back,” she murmurs. “Stay calm, okay? I’ll explain everything. Just… just be good.”
Wolfgang wants to freak out, to yell. He doesn’t know what’s happening, why Grace is working with Tozu, why he was kept alive, why he shouldn’t just scream his lungs out.
But Grace is so close, her soft hair brushing his face and smelling so much like her, and he just wants to lean back and let her do anything.
Grace told him to be good, so he would.
He’s able to nod, just enough to get the point across. Grace smiles, lashes fluttering.
“Good boy.”

In the darkness of the night and the light of the campfire in the distance, James swallows nervously. He knows that trusting Yul is a big risk, but he also knows that it felt right in the moment. He liked Aiden, really he did- but something about Yul was just more… intriguing. It was as if there was something the other man wasn’t letting on about his own feelings. James wanted to crack open his shell, to see if he really was just a pretentious asshole, or if there was something more going on. There had to be- didn’t there?
James shakes his head. It doesn’t matter if Yul is handsome and interesting- the guy was clearly very straight. James just needed him for strategy, for the game. Soon, he would be winning his one million, and he would be long gone.
He tucks into bed thinking about what he can do with the million dollars.

Unable to face reality, Nine remains in the Grim after the battle, ashamed and rejected. Living alone in the empty Grim, he thinks about his choices and everything that has occurred, convinced he will never be able to return back home.
But strange portals being to appear- they drop things from other Shatterspaces into the Grim, showing Nine glimpses of other realities and making him wonder what life could have been life if things were different. The objects start to overflow in the Grim, reminding Nine of everything he never had and what he's lost.
Worst of all, Shadow appears. He isn't keen on forgiving Nine for what he's done, and is convinced the portals are his doing.
With Shadow keeping watch, injuries that won't heal, and a Grim that is slowly overflowing, Nine must figure out a solution to the portals, and confront his fears. In the end he must decide- does he want to hide from reality, alone and rejected? Or is there redemption out there for him somewhere?
The answer lies in the shards.

After the fourth season of Divesture Camp is over, and they're all gathered at the Loser's Motel, the cast finds themselves bickering. Target number one is Spencer Lawrence; making it easier to pick on him is the fact that he doesn't seem remorseful for anything that he had done. Tensions rise and the situation gets heated. Spencer ends up leaving, but after Diego is urged to go after him by Jade, he realizes that he wasn't wrong about the man he loves, and that Spencer isn't as bad as everyone perceives him.
Hurt/Comfort with Diencer. Be warned for sappiness, laughter, and love. :)
