Summary
Jimin’s father, Park Iseul, was a pragmatic, intelligent man. He had also been an amazing father to Jimin, and had been of better emotional support to him than his mother had been when he was struggling through his teenage years.
He also thought Jeon Jungkook had it bad for Park Jimin.
Park Jimin, being, well, himself.
That was his only opinion that made Jimin truly question his father’s usually unfailing wisdom. If his dad was right, Jimin would be actually quite pleased, despite his apprehensions. Jungkook was always kind to Jimin, and over the past few months had been popping up around the beta more often, asking for favors (but Jimin was the only one with his speciality, so wolves often came to him for favors) or giving him small little gifts (but Jungkook is a very generous wolf and known to gift to others often) or simply creating small talk (but Jungkook is a perfect person, and can small talk with anyone).

Summary
“Is it going to h-hurt?” Jimin asks, voice breaking when he verbalizes his greatest worry. A shaky breath pulls from his lungs, impossibly loud in the quiet of night.
“M… M-M… Mating.” Jungkook grunts, common tongue clumsy and awkward coming from his mouth. It sounds unpracticed, discordant. He motions to the mat and blankets on the ground, striated muscles flexing with every move his capable body produces. Another step closer. “Mating. O-Okay?”
