Summary
In the Sumerian old myths, the Gods Enki and Ninmah got drunk one day in a party, and decided to challenge each other for a small competition.
Ninmah makes a human who have something wrong with them, and Enki gives them a talent to overcome that which had been given to them by Ninmah.
They always have been doing this, and one day, Ninmah decided to once again make another human, taking away his ability to walk, his voice, and making so he would be in constant pain. Not satisfied, she took away his family, friends, and lover, leaving him all alone.
To combat this, Enki gave three boons as well.
A brilliant mind beyond others, a talent for crafting and creating unmatched, and a wonderful talent for the wonders of the world. Not satisfied, he gave him something that could fill his heart, broken from losing all those he loved.
He granted him a lover, a loyal lover who would do anything for him.And like that, Stiles' life had been set in stone.
