When Camille was first introduced to the Endministrator through Seš'qa's intervention, he had expected, at best, a slight nuisance to his quest to hunt down Char. He had not at all expected someone who would understand the ways of an Agaš'mekanaz. He was pleased to learn that understanding came easily to the Endministrator, not accounting for the other ways in which the Endmin had helped him thus far.
He had promised the Endministrator an eternal journey by his side as a dear friend, that much was true. Camille only had to wonder whether one could go beyond the parameters of a dedicated friendship to something else.
