If Hecate Hardbroom could have her way, there would never be a replacement art teacher and the position would fade into non-existence. The Mists of Time, however, apparently have other ideas.
Hecate despises art teachers, party girls, and people who talk endlessly without ever getting to the point. Frances Fairheart, who thanks to the Mists had taken one breath in 1926 and the next in 2017, somehow manages to be all three, and seems to find no greater joy than in pushing Hecate's buttons in every possible way. She also makes a quick friend of Pippa, much to Hecate's exasperation.

The Doctor and Emma get stranded on a desert planet. Emma keeps taking off more clothing to avoid overheating, and the Doctor makes a point of definitely not noticing.
