Summary
Musutafu is very much aware of the crazy weather fluctuations that have proceeded to affect their city for the past 10 years although they have never been able to pinpoint who is causing it or where it’s coming from. As long as it doesn’t get too bad, they decide to leave it alone. After all, in a world full of quirks, freak weather is just another part of life.
Enter Izuku Midoriya who thinks the world (weather included) is out to get him. But it must just be really bad luck, right? Diagnosed as quirkless when he turned 4 years old, Izuku's not suppose to have an ability. Except the day All Might tells him that he can’t be a hero, a dangerous blizzard blows through the city and Izuku finds himself freezing to death outside, unaware that he is the one causing all of this. Our favorite underground hero just so happens to be around to help.

“Uh- I, um-” Izuku clears his throat. “Wh-what size? Do you want your drink in?”
“Oh,” the man says, and he blinks once, lashes fanning over his cheeks- they’re white, his lashes are white- “Medium.”
“O-okay!” Izuku sputters out, jabbing the order onto the screen. “What’s your name?”
The man pauses. Then he opens his mouth, closes it again, then says, “Shou.”
“Shou,” Izuku mutters, testing it on his tongue. He taps in the name. “If you would please make your way to the left towards the waiting area, we’ll have your drink ready soon!”
“I haven’t paid yet though,” Shou says, and Izuku hears Uraraka muffle her laughter behind him.
