Summary
Garrus has his head in his hands, taking a short rest on a half-empty supply crate, when he hears it. The idle communications console next to him suddenly beeps and roars to life. Her voice cuts clearly through the sound of static and explosions.
“General, do you read? The comm tower is now operational.”
It sends an electric current down his back that has him straightening as if a rod has been inlaid along his spine.

Summary

They struggle to stop a cult conducting sinister genetic experiments. Shepard and her crew also tie up loose plot threads from the games with style. However, can their love survive her death? What about the strain of the Reaper war? One person can't save the galaxy alone. In this epic fight, Shepard's relationships are her greatest weapons.
I've tried to write this work like a DLC, in that the timeline and events of the games are mostly unchanged, but additional content has been added. However, as the effects of earlier changes ripple outward, the story becomes more AU.
