“Cid…sleep with me,” Clive lowers his head.
He doesn’t wanna see his reaction, too afraid to look him in the eye, see his face. It’s bad enough that the man stays silent.
Clive can’t take it.
He didn’t expect an answer, he felt quite pathetic even asking but he just couldn’t keep quiet.
Again; a failure, useless, not fit for anything, undeserving. Everyone was right.
“Reckon I could do that…” Cid takes a slow drag. “And then what? Back to moping, moving around like a ghost? Or are you truly gonna kill yourself?”
“Cid…I beg you,” he lowers his forehead even more, resting it against his boot, his grip on the man’s leg tightening slightly.”I was depressed and then I was horny and so is Clive ✌️

“You know what? Fuck it. Let’s get drunk, man.”
Silence falls after his words. Rude just stares at him, almost as if asking ‘really?’. Reno replies with a shrug, taking a swig from his glass, looking at his face out of
the corner of his eye.
“We’re not on a job either way so might as well, right? Right?” He asks once again, this time with a grin, and raises his glass slightly.
Rude raises his eyebrow, whatever ounce of reason he had left disappearing when he sees that stupid smile on Reno’s face.
“Fine.”aka what happens when two idiots party a little too hard and let their jealousy cloud their better judgement.
Wanted to write a little something for what would happen if Reno was in the Gold Saucer with the rest of the team.
