Summary

Lucil and Elma have always intrigued me as an "odd couple" (no-nonsense captain and her outgoing second), as strong women, and as the most plausible candidates for yuri in any Final Fantasy game [ETA several years later: Until FFXIII came out. ABOUT BLINKING TIME] As usual, I took "what if?" and ran with it.
