Alicent was often confused by Rhaenyra’s actions. She couldn’t place the meaning behind them and it drove her crazy.
One minute, one night, Rhaenyra would take her out to an expensive restaurant, to a luscious dinner—she did have money to flaunt after all. The other she would borderline ignore her or gush about a random guy she’d seen during the day.
