Summary
Something is wrong with her apartment. Her sofa was not this near her window. The television is angled a few degrees off from the optimal angle to face the sofa. She has already tripped three times over different things, taking a chunk off the wall the final time.
Kara thinks for a bit and then shrugs, dismissing it to focus on her dinner.
Kara opens the fridge and blinks a few times to take in the sight.
Green, so much green.
Her fridge is somehow filled to the brim with vegetables. Kara gags at the smell.

Flicking the door ajar, she quickly super sped her way through and slammed in shut behind her. The gust of wind she left in her wake confused Lena for a beat before their eyes met again.
Kara saw a flash of confusion on her face, a dawning realisation, hurt and then, a cold calculated look slipping in its place.

“Hm?” Lena tilted her head in question.
“You are a honey badger.” Zor-El repeated with a smile.
Kara’s eyes bulged out of her sockets. Is her father hitting on Lena? Right in front of her salad? Right in front of her fries??

Summary
Lena was dismayed when she was not allowed her coffee but could not even stay pretend-mad when Kara offered her milk and painkillers along with promises of cuddles for the entire day.
However, their breakfast was rudely interrupted by a phone call from Alex. Kara flew off to help but not without a stern command for Lena to ‘stay put and be a good girl’.
Anyway.
Supergirl was obviously needed then.

Asami smirked, “No.”
“Why am I with you, woman!” Korra did an unnecessarily dramatic air-flip to get back on her feet.
“For my beauty and intelligence.”
Korra conceded the point. That was not inaccurate but was also not the entire truth.
“But also, for your heart and compassion that never wavers in the face of adversity. You are so brave, and kind, and I love you so much.”
Or, Korra has a plan.

Chuckling, Kara turned to her with a look of wonder and awe. “Lena, you did. You saved us all.”

“Woah, look, Lena! I’m defying gravity!” Kara giggled as she began to inch upwards at a snail’s pace. Her spirits were not dampened by the lack of speed. Lena tried not to snigger as she fell mid-air into a horizontal position.
Kara gasped, “What if I do the superman pose!”
Determined, she began to move her limbs into place. Looking like she was swimming underwater, it was a rather cute picture. Arranging her arms, she pushed her right one forward and clenched her hand into a fist.
“Zoooooom,” Kara shouted from where she floated, a terrifying six feet away from the ground.
