“So why are we meeting up with the boys?” Omega asks in between bites of her favorite pastry on the island, five blossom bread. The girls stopped at the market for breakfast on their way down to the shore.
“Because, Mox invited us, and you need to get out more.” Lyana teases, sipping her milk tea with tapioca pearls. “You’ve only gotten to meet them once since being back. I think you’ll have more in common than you think.”
Omega gives her a sideways look. Seeing they were literal clones of her sharing the same genetic profile, she’s sure they do have a lot in common. Lyanna catches onto the look Omega was giving her.
“I don’t mean it like that.” She tries to find the right words. “I just think they’d be good friends for you too.”

He swivelled in his chair to face the other man; for some reason Hunter had been expecting to see some kind go smugness in his eyes, but he saw nothing but curiosity and… sadness?
