After Crosshair and Omega manage to escape Mount Tantiss, they must hide from the Empire with their brothers. They find temporary shelter at a Phee's friend, Li'ora Paayu. A strange mechanic who will soon see what he really is: a man broken by torture and the death of his brother. But their rapprochement is not without its challenges. A young girl's search for her past will lead them straight into one of the darkest corners of the galaxy...

Clone Force 99 is a unit of defective clones with desirable mutations. They have an… unorthodox way of doing things. They themselves are rather unorthodox.
But, they are still clones, and they still have that bond with each other that all other clones have, if not a little stronger.They meet when they are young cadets, they help each other handle their unique problems, they fight and bicker, they get into trouble because that's just who they are, Tech gets a ship, they go out on training missions and blow competitors out of the water, and when the war finally starts, they start going on missions. Yay!

This fix-it fic delves into the history behind CT-9904 and CT-8051, and consists of brainrot theories behind pre and post-Order 66 between The Bad Batch and OC clones/Jedi Master, Ghost Squad. It follows the canon Bad Batch show, but includes different storylines, endings, and changes.

But when she finds out one of the school’s biggest playboys and thief Benni Baro is vying for the role of Prince Philip just to get close to her, she takes another risk: getting to know him personally. One thing leads to another, and she’s sucked into a war between Benni’s world and her own, all while trying to navigate her bizarre hesitation with romance and solve a mystery tearing a rift through her family that dates back to before her birth.

Clone Commander Mayday shuts his eyes on Barton IV and wakes up in a medical bed in Pantora. As he recovers from his months-long coma he finds himself without his strength, without his purpose, only pushing forward because he can't bring himself to give up on life again.
He's haunted by his failure. What can he do? He's a Commander who lead his last few men to their deaths for a lie, even the prickly sniper who tried to save his life at the end of it all. But Crosshair was taken by the Advanced Research Division, and clones don't come back from that.

Summary
Hemlock is gone, the Bad Batch are safe on Pabu and all is well. At least, that's how it's supposed to be. But Crosshair is never home, Wrecker seems more interested in helping the people of Pabu than his own family and Hunter... well, Omega's not sure Hunter ever found his way back from Tantiss. For months, she has watched her family slip further and further away until now, when she fears they may be gone forever. But, Omega did not fight as hard as she did for the people she loves the most to fade away and leave her just as she was in the beginning. Alone.
OR: The Bad Batch are traumatised, nobody knows how to deal with it, but they get there eventually with a little help from their friends and everybody lives happily ever after
