Summary
A series centering around a year after the events of Lohen's story quest.
The meaning of the country mouse and city mouse is whether it's better to live a life of boring peace and potentially die old, or a life of excitement and potentially die young. The city mouse suggests that the risks of city life are worth it for the pleasure and excitement it provides, while the country mouse values safety and security over the thrill of adventure.
Can you guess which one is which?

Summary
Things… change.
Ghost supposes that many would probably say that they get better. They do get better, don’t they? Yes, they do. Things change, and they are better. The Infection is gone, and Hollow is safe, and Hornet is happy, and so Ghost is fine. Perhaps they are selfish, and they mourn a dying world that they can never return to, and they are more alone than ever before, but they’ll get over it.
…And it’s not as if anyone will notice if they don’t.
Ghost goes back in time, kills the Radiance, and sets everything right. They tell no one, and do it on their own. It is only after their family is happy, and the kingdom is safe, and the Abyss is soothed to sleep, that they realize just how lonely it is as the last remaining piece of a future never to be.

Summary
During her travels, Hornet finds a mysterious shackle meant to bind malfunctioning automatons for future disassembly. Such a discovery would be insignificant — except more and more similar shackles keep appearing around the choral chambers, as if hunting a certain prey.
She's not the only one who has noticed. The Second Sentinel of Pharloom remembers such shackles from ages ago — and if their suspicion is correct, it is not just themselves who is in danger from an old hunter's obsession.
It will take both of their combined strength to combat this unseen foe…
(…and if that draws them closer together, well. That's just a bonus.)
