This is my observation of IDW2005 Megatron's many reframes throughout that comic run. He had far more design changes than any other character in that whole continuity. This fic can also be seen as a bit of a companion piece to my Buckethed fic, which also explores Megatron's relationship with his frame but in a different aspect.
I like to headcanon Megatron as trans (or the Cybertronian equivalent of it at least) Many aspects of this fic are drawn from my own relationship with gender and transition.

Summary
In Episode 10 of Titans Return, Megatronus Prime shows up. Optimus tries to get the drop on him while he's monologuing but gets insta-killed instead. Then Megatronus Prime takes the Enigma of Combination and Matrix of Leadership and flies away. Everyone blamed Megatron for his death in the episode and they were all kinda dicks about it.

Summary
During episode 3 of Titans Return, Megatron finds Optimus by himself watching Trypticon and Metroplex fight. They talk a bit, Megatron called Optimus precious at one point (whoa) and Optimus continued to doomsay about the end times or whatever. The original scene is actually not bad.
I'm making it even more gay.

Summary
This is a short poem inspired by the nickname for Megatron "buckethead" that gets thrown around occasionally. I noticed that this nickname is primarily used by Autobots and is used only in a derogatory manner. I think that it could have a classist connotation to it because they are specifically making fun of a trait related to Megatron's pre-ordained function. I also find this especially interesting because Megatron's helmet is the only vestige of his body's original design that remains across his many different reframes. So, I thought "what if it's a derogatory term for miners and/or other manual class Cybertronians?"

Summary
This takes place during Episode 4 of the Combiner Wars cartoon by Machinima where Optimus Prime and Windblade seek out Megatron's help in dealing with the council and Enigma of Combination. Megatron and Optimus fought a little in the episode and it kinda had some homoerotic vibes (aka the whole cartoon series really). Now we are here.
Did you know?: There are no Optimus/Megatron fics in the Prime Wars Trilogy fandom tag. I'm going to rectify that. This is especially a travesty because that cartoon, in spite of its overall poor quality, they had some really good interactions that one could run wild with.

Summary
Prime Wars Trilogy is not a good cartoon. The only good parts are whenever Megatron is around and the scenes with Megatron and Optimus. Other than that, garbage. Nicht gut. Doodoo.
So I have taken it upon myself to rewrite some of the episodes to be better and gayer.Also, preface: You do NOT need to have watched the show in order to understand what's going on in these fics. Any necessary exposition for the plot, I will provide within the fic or the summary.
