He suddenly spots a man walk into the bedroom, phone held to his ear and eyes scanning the room. His gaze falls upon Beomgyu who peers up at him over the edge of the porcelain tub and he suddenly advances quickly towards the en suite. He can hear the man mutter into the phone, Found him, I’ll call you back.
“Thank fucking God you’re still here. We’re in so much trouble.”
He’s in the middle of wondering why the man looks so familiar when it suddenly hits him. Beomgyu can only stare up at him blankly as he tries to process why famous idol Choi Yeonjun is currently in the same room as him.
“Uh— What?” is his eloquent response.

Summary
Beomgyu is missing.
There is a cacophony of voices yelling around Yeonjun, calling out Beomgyu's name, searching for him in the trees. Soobin isn't far behind, longer limbs awkward and burning with the unfamiliar exercise.
"Beomgyu!" He screams, farther away from the group and louder than the rest, and when the forest goes silent, waiting for a response, Yeonjun collapses. Soobin trips over him, sprawling out on the forest floor and picking himself up as fast as possible to comfort his hyung. "It's too cold out, he can't be out here. He should have come back, it's too cold. He-he gets sick easily, and left his sweater." He babbles, the lack of oxygen to his brain slurring his words and making him dizzy.
Others catch up to them, watching as Soobin tries to calm down the elder.
Beomgyu is missing.
And it's all his fault.

The problem with not having crushes on two men you were very attracted to was your body still sometimes reacted like you did have a crush. Monday Yeonjun ran into Soobin again and the taller man ended up helping Yeonjun move some paintings around for a student art show even though Yeonjun was tall enough to do it himself. Soobin had bounded around like an obedient puppy, following all Yeonjun’s commands and not even batting an eyelash when he slipped on the step ladder so Yeonjun jumped forward to catch him, arm around the waist. He’d simply turned and given Yeonjun a knowing smile, squeezed his shoulder, and muttered a soft, “Thank you.” Meanwhile Yeonjun had felt like he was about two seconds of prolonged eye contact away from his knees giving out.
Later that same day Beomgyu stopped by for Yeonjun’s office hours and Beomgyu took it upon himself to play with Yeonjun’s hair. Yeonjun’s hair wasn’t long by any means and definitely far from being Beomgyu’s length yet somehow Beomgyu still managed to get Yeonjun’s hair into two tiny pigtails that stuck straight up from the top of his head. The entire interaction had had butterflies dancing around Yeonjun’s tummy.
So, in short, they were going to kill him.

Beomgyu looked at him as if he had just realized something. “Is it just the possibility of me getting mated? Is that what has you this upset?”
Soobin didn’t respond. They held eye contact for a few long seconds, the omega’s eyebrows shooting up when he realized he really wasn’t going to get a response as Soobin looked away to get the first aid kit.
“Hyung.”
He started cleaning up the open wounds first. The blood was dry so he made sure to be gentle as he thoroughly cleaned all of it away.
“Soobin.”
The bite marks didn’t look as bad once they were cleaned up but it still had a bitter feeling rising in the back of his throat. He moved on to other several scratches he had spotted on the omega’s chest, a few of them seemed to have bled at some point.
“Choi Soobin.”
Soobin still didn’t meet his eyes when the omega used his right hand to hold his chin and forced him to face him.
“Alpha.” his eyes immediately snapped up, locking on Beomgyu’s that looked at him with an unreadable expression. “You want to be my mate.” Soobin felt like he couldn’t breathe.

He didn’t finish the sentence, but Taehyun raised his eyebrows. “I’m not sure that master and pet was what you had in mind, but who knows. Maybe you guys are into that sort of stuff.”
“That’s not– I mean, we’re not–” Yeonjun’s feeble attempts at defending himself went unheard, drowned out by Beomgyu's laughter.
“Hyung,” Beomgyu said, still gasping for breath. He was holding his sides, like he was in pain. “Only you could accidentally curse the love of your life by turning him into a rabbit.”
“He’s not the love of my life!” Yeonjun cried. “I just– we’re roommates–”
