Summary
Anne wasn't the only one who changed after the curse, Ominis swallowed the words, grieving once more for the brief happiness they'd had together.
A series of fill in snippets of interactions between Sebastian and Ominis in-between quests, starting with Ominis confronting Sebastian after he catches Main Character leaving the Undercroft.
Ending with a longer epilogue chapter that takes place post-game, where Sebastian and Ominis find a way to move on and mend their friendship.

The room went silent.
He clenched his fist, tears threatening to spill from his eyes.
His voice was no more than a whisper, coarse and hurt."Why didn't you listen? For once in your life why could you not have just listened to me?"

More than half a year passed since the incident in the catacombs.
The friendship between Ominis and Sebastian has been mostly mended, to a point where they could almost pretend nothing had happened.
Almost.
As hard as he tries, Ominis cannot deny that their relationship has changed, at first he assumes just for the worse, but as they get older he realises that maybe all this time, the reason he felt so strongly conflicted between his morals and who he had taken for his best friend, was because he felt for him in a way he had never felt for anyone before.
What will he do, when every part of his being screams to be with him? Plagued by the lingering knowledge that their fragile relationship is one bad day away from pushing them over the edge, no matter how lovely it can be, Ominis struggles to understand how he should feel towards him.
What does the future hold for him?

Summary
There was a night last semester when Ominis was found by residents in Hogsmeade. He was discovered just outside the town, laying unconscious in a cluster of trees just outside the forbidden forest. When he was rushed to St. Mungo's, they realized that he had been cursed, but Ominis never remembered a face, just a voice that said "Children should be seen and not heard."
And, although Ominis denies it, Sebastian knows that the curse is getting worse.
His coughing fits have grown longer. He gets tired much faster than he used to. His skin, which had already been pale, was now so much paler. The bouts of pain have become stronger and more frequent, happening a couple of times a week now.
Nothing that anyone had tried had been able to help him recover. No one would help.
And Sebastian knows that in a world of magic, wizards, spells, and miracles, there had to be a cure.
And he would do absolutely anything to retrieve it.

Or: Ominis is cursed instead of Anne, and Sebastian puts himself through hell to find a cure for him.
