Summary
Where the Five Great Sects were the Three Empires and Two Kingdoms, Jiang Cheng lost his core and found out about his shixiong's idiotic scheme to replace it.

Summary
He had wanted to argue at first, after the first lesson, he had run up to the man with anger hazing his mind and pushing him forward every step. He’d wanted to scream, that he wasn’t a child that needed coddling. He wasn’t a piece of fragile glass that needed to be held so carefully to prevent it from shattering. Jiang Cheng just wasn’t like that. But how could he say that, when the way Lan Xichen watched over him was with a patient smile and a soft, watchful gaze?
“Wanyin?” Lan Xichen asks, the trademark smile gracing his face again. Jiang Cheng wanted to cry, his words had sounded so fond. He wishes someone had called him like that earlier on.
(Or, stuck in a time loop, Jiang Cheng finds his way.)
