Summary
Mutants are rare and far between. Enough so that much of humanity believes they don't exist, despite numerous reports throughout the centuries. All that is about to change.
Charles Xavier used to be a criminal psychologist for the FBI and now he's changed his career path to detective. Thanks to him, the crime rate in New York City has dropped over thirty percent. In large part due to Charles's telepathic abilities that only a handful of people at the bureau know about.
Everything seems to spiral when a mysterious assassin touches down in the city and Charles can't get a read on him like everyone else. At the same time, the loft next to Charles's finally gets a new occupant after two years that provides a certain level of...distraction.

Summary
X-Men AU. Emma Frost runs Division X, a classified squad within the secretive Special Operations Executive based in London. It isn't their job to win the war, only to save those they can. Emma's squad of Psylocke, Angel, Logan and Fantomex set out of rescue three mutants trapped in occupied and increasingly hostile France. But when the mission takes a turn for the worse, Emma and the team must decide if they cut their losses, or fight twice as hard to bring everyone home.

The dark-haired man known as the Winter Soldier lies motionless in his chilly glass coffin, the skin on his face a pale bluish white, eyelashes streaked with crystalline frost. But he does not look dead, not quite; perhaps something more like Snow White awaiting love’s first kiss. Zaara spent a good deal of her evening reading about sleeping princesses and Bucky, first and foremost, reminds her of a disheveled fairytale prince with his long brown hair and dark stubble peppering his chiseled jaw. His is a rare sort of masculine beauty, frozen in time. She smiles and imagines what it would be like to kiss those bluish lips, wondering if he would wake up slowly, eyelashes fluttering, to smile back at her.
But she gasps and turns away, burying her face in the crook of Steve’s neck. He looks down, startled by the way her silken tresses tickle his jaw, the unexpected weight of her body making him tremble. “Zaara?” He’s worried about her, scared for Bucky, and thrilled to feel her body pressing up against his own. He’s never comforted a woman this way before, using his body. It feels so natural and incredibly satisfying.

Summary
Natasha grinned at him before schooling her expression and looking back up at where Coulson had taken Fury’s place. He was going through the actual layout of the place they were infiltrating, and that was a bit more important, so she kept her gaze forward and at least half her mind on the briefing. The rest, though, was firmly inside Bucky’s pants.
