“I do think you could benefit from a bit of humble correction, Herr Mozart,” Salieri declared. “As I doubt it was given to you in your boyhood.” His fingers clenched around the braided leather handle of the crop, rolling his wrist to feel the shift of it in his hand. It had heft; it could deliver exactly what Mozart needed. Salieri was not one to break a promise.
“Count them.” Salieri commanded coolly. “Remember your manners.” he reminded, stepping closer to Mozart’s vulnerable form.
“Yes, Signore.” Mozart breathed softly.

“I’m right, aren’t I, Signore?” Mozart's hands, enlightened by the liquor simmering in his stomach, took hold of Salieri’s jabot and pulled him impossibly closer. His fingers played with the lace, rubbing it between his fingers with a dirty smile. “You burn for me?”
“It’s a dirty lie!” Salieri grit out, though he remained rooted to the spot. He grasped Mozart’s wrists again, but did not move them from his ruff. “You speak falsehoods.” His words were unconvincing, even to his own ears.
“You are far too handsome to be married to God, Salieri.” Mozart murmured, fingers tracing the frills. His face was almost bashful, lips curled as he looked up at the older composer with darkened eyes. “Tell me, Signore, have you ever engaged in sins of the flesh?”

Wilson was wearing a sweater.
And not just any sweater.
An oversized, thick, ratty red thing that looked like it had been hand stitched by the dust mites living in its threads.
It was horrifyingly ugly. It was a complete eye sore. The way Wilson’s white lab coat was layered made it even more awkward, with the sleeves struggling to contain the chunky wool.
Wilson looked ridiculous.

“Have I done it again? Did I start to ramble?” Stede asked, his voice pathetically small. He seemed disappointed in himself, trying to mask his features into a neutral expression and failing miserably. Edward took his hands into his, brushing his thumb back and forth over the back of Stede’s hand.
“Stede. I need you to not lose yourself right now, my love. Come here. Braid my hair. That’ll give you something to busy your hands with while you calm down.”

"What were you saying, beautiful?'" Louis asked, then grinned when Armand's mouth opened with no answer in it. "Yeah, I thought so." Louis tucked one finger underneath that silk scarf, right next to where he could feel Armand's faint, slow pulse in the large vein of his neck. A front-row seat to the catch of Armand's breath in his throat.
"I think I wanna go home now," Louis said, letting only a hint of a smile into his slow, deliberate tone. "What do you think?"
When Armand said "yes, maitre," it was breathless, and so surprisingly earnest it stole Louis' breath in turn.

It figures. There’s always more to puzzle out about the bastard. Daniel had thought that after a few days, Armand would be grinding on furniture, begging Daniel to touch him, all that good stuff. But Armand was right: the coven had trained him well. He never tried to touch his dick at all. He just became even more obsessed with Daniel’s.
