Summary
Milli McMillin's life has been absolutely miserable since his family moved to Glenn Fell, Vermont. His life already sucked back in Belleville because of his friend Pete and the reputation he gathered over the course of his high school career, but it especially sucks now. Firstly, he spent the first three months of it living in a hospital bed getting experimental asthma treatments, because apparently being pronounced dead after an asthma attack means your asthma is pretty bad. Secondly, he has zero friends of his own. His only real friend who lives in Glenn Fell is Illi's best friend, Ray, and while he's cool and all, Milli wants Glenn Fell to be his, not just a hand-me-down from Illi. Thirdly, his older sister, Illi, is dating some weird ghost boy named Warren, and Milli kind of hates him because he's just as sarcastic as he is. Fourthly, his younger sister, Lilli, has a way weirder social life than he ever dreamed of. And fifthly, because he missed a whole semester of school in the hospital, he has to go to Summer school to make up for the lost credits. Milli just hopes he can make it through this summer and get into a college so he can get the fuck out of Glenn Fell.

Summary
Staring down at the primitive Nokia 1200 in your shaking hand, fingers hovering over the chunky, dark buttons, your stomach gave the most rancid churn, as it began to dawn on you that this wasn’t some kind of sick joke — thus, you twisted your head around so you could look at the calendar on your wall. The numbers ‘2007’ had never felt like so much of an axe to your skull, and the entire building must have heard the way you fucking screamed.
Or, you’re sent back in time, to almost two decades ago, by an arrogant entity with a saviour complex, which gives you a new life as an up-and-coming rockstar in the late 2000’s alternative scene. Despite being given everything the average joe would desire, your only priority is to claw your way back to 2025, and get far away from the leering hands of stardom, drugs, leeching tabloids and crushing expectations of Bush’s America. But as more pressing matters take a hold, and you’re pushed into the orbit of a thirty year old Gerard Way, the artist who you looked up to the most, you’re forced to consider what would happen if you chose to stay instead — and what unintended consequences that might entail.

You wake up twenty years in the past, find yourself thrown into a version of your life you don’t remember living—fronting a band, navigating the early 2000s DIY scene, and surrounded by your idols that somehow know you as their friend. Even though this is everything you wanted in the present, your only goal is to jump right back into 2025 before you leave a mark that can't be erased. But as time has its way with you, and an awkward but charming Gerard Way finds himself always in your vicinity, you start to wonder what could be so bad about being here. But getting close to him means risking everything you know about the future—and the timeline you were never supposed to touch.

Summary: Either it was the budding chill in the air, or the wet dream you had about him, but you could not get Ray toro out of your mind. Going so far as to ignore him at every chance you got not only hurt him, but you as well. You couldn’t focus on anything, Ray consuming every single facet of your brain. When Gerard offers you straightforward advice, you actually consider his ramblings, no matter how useless he was when he came to his own love life. You weren’t sure if it was worth blurring the lines of friendship. But you did know that you couldn’t wait any longer.
