Summary
One of Minato's favorite pastimes is experimenting with fuuinjutsu, and he often gave his more dangerous inventions to Namikaze Naruto to seal away in a vault only the Chosen could access. But after the Elder Naruto died, Minato was far more lax with security than he should have been, allowing a traitorous shinobi to steal one of his experiments and use it against Uzumaki Naruto and Kurama, shattering reality.
Now human and Bijuu are stranded in a reality where everything has gone wrong, from Madara finding Kurama first, to jinchuuriki program being used, to someone hunting down the Bijuu to ressurrect the Juubi, having replaced their local counterparts and with no way back.
Good thing both are at their best when under pressure.

Summary
In one timeline, Madara hunted down and enslaved the Kyuubi no Kitsune to his will and wielded him against Hashirama. Two hundred years later, Naruto squares off against a man who seeks to turn back time to claim the Juubi. He wins in the sense that the man dies. He looses in that he himself is cast back in time instead, and without Kurama.
In this timeline, two now seek the Bijuu, one young, powerful, and driven by hatred; the other beyond ancient, inherently kind, and only seeks to save his oldest friend in the little time he has left, even if said friend no longer remembers him.
A one-shot that became something more. Series complete.

Summary
Itachi had done many things he wasn't proud of. No matter how one might try to justify it, he had undeniably committed unforgivable crimes for what he believed to be the greater good. To make matters even worse, despite his best efforts, his actions hadn't ended up in Sasuke's favour at all, causing him only even more pain instead. The one thing he could confidently say he had done right was stopping the Edo Tensei and showing Sasuke the whole truth, but that didn't make up for a lifetime of mistakes.
With that in mind, waking up as a child nearly twenty years in the past was understandably a shock. After all, weren't there others who deserved a second chance more than he did? People who could do more good than him?
It was he who had ultimately been granted this opportunity, however, so it was up to him to seize it and create a better future. One in which his clan didn't have to die, Madara would be stopped, and, most importantly of all, Sasuke could be happy.
Itachi was going to make sure of it.
