Being Naruto's roommate wasn't exactly easy. Keeping up with his crazy antics was a sport of its own, but Kiba couldn't expect anything less from his childhood friend.
He also had to bear witness to Naruto's behavior after Sasuke cut him off. It was a dark period of time that Naruto either failed to remember or had actively chosen to forget.
Kiba didn't forget. He also found it difficult to forgive.
Now he watches as his friend falls head over heels in love again, but this time he doesn't plan on sitting still like before - he's biding his time just right...and he's placing his bets.
