If he opened his mouth now and bared his teeth he could split Argenti's skin open, tear through his flesh like paper, make him bleed like it was nothing. Argenti knows that he won’t.

Boothill swiveled his head around but there was nobody in sight that looked like they could be the child’s parents. What’s this kid doing here all alone?

Argenti was no closer to remembering what exactly he was supposed to be doing in Penacony. It had something to do with the Beauty, most certainly. But it was lost to him at the moment. “Excuse me, mister?” A small child’s voice distracted him from his thoughts. Argenti looked down to see a black haired boy trying to tug on his hard armor to no avail. “You seem sad, is there something wrong?”
