Karl and Sapnap give Quackity the address to join them in Kinoko Kingdom, where they could be happy together without the threat of outside interruptions, war, and all of the above.
They were happy to have him, but the more they were together the more likely they were to find out things they shouldn’t, dark and awful things from his past that Quackity hadn’t let go of yet, still haunting him.
All Karl and Sapnap could do was try and help him through it, all while battling their own demons.

Keith feels his face flush, and for the life of him he can’t seem to do anything besides gaping awkwardly at Lance as he speaks.
“-Lance.” Shiro’s tone is firm, but his lips are twitching. There’s a wobble in his voice, as if it’s taken a great amount of restraint and effort to keep the laughter from it.
The ultimate comebacks, comeback supremo, is what Lance calls them. A combination of refined wit and snark merged into one perfect formula that will forever help him one-up Keith, with comeback supremo he is practically invincible. But he never expects it to backfire so spectacularly.

Summary
Lance has the tendency to end up in a lot of near-death situations, and Pidge ends up being the unlucky soul that has to get him to safety. This time, though, that near-death experience is shaping up to be more of an actual-death experience, and Lance is damned if he isn't going to be an asshole the entire way there.

Now that he's graduated from Mayview Middle, Isaac decides it's high time he did things his own way. It's time he went solo. Yeah, maybe he's still holding a flame for Max, even though there's no way that's happening ever. Maybe he's still a little scared of being abandoned, but maybe he can trust these guys? Yeah, he'll settle for a maybe on that one. After all, who's got time to think about the Activity Club when high school is such an odd thing to navigate?
