Summary
This is a fanfiction I posted back in 2019 before I made my exit from the Miraculous Ladybug fandom. I am posting it back here and if I have time I might continue it up through the first season of the show Miraculous: The tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir. It is a reimagining of the show if Alya and Nino had been given their miraculous to defend Paris instead of Marinette and Adrien.

Summary
After the defeat of Gabriel Agreste and the disappearance of the mysterious peacock miraculous user, Marinette is left to try her best as Guardian and pick up the pieces. With the kwamis left in hibernation, no leads on the missing peacock miraculous, and no way to contact her beloved partner, she's left to her wit's end on where to proceed.
That is, until the prime suspect of the peacock wielder coincidentally takes up an apprenticeship at her parents' bakery. Adrien Agreste, son of Hawkmoth, has seemingly planted his roots in her home while Marinette was away for an apprenticeship. This could either be a disaster in the making, or the perfect opportunity to retrieve the missing miraculous... either way, it's war.
At least, it would be, if the gosh darn villain weren't so sweet!

Summary
The Kingdom of Aquitani is famous for its values and strength, and that strength is best represented in the daughters of the royal family. The eldest princess Alya Cesaire, and her two twin sisters, are their father's pride and joy but the nightmare of the guards. No guard has ever been able to keep up with these hardheaded future leaders, but perhaps a new promising recruit who had earned a place among the royal guard instead of it being given will have a little more luck. Probably not though.
