    Inspired by She’s the Man, this is a medieval fantasy AU where a princess decides she is done being told who she is supposed to be.

    The Valecroft princess y/n is pushed toward a political marriage she does not want, tied to a future chosen for her instead of by her. Instead of accepting it, she runs away and does something completely reckless. She enters the Valecroft knight tournament in disguise, trained enough by growing up with her brothers to actually win.

    Because Valecroft knights never reveal their faces, no one realizes the kingdom’s “greatest knight” is actually the missing princess.

    Now she is sent to the Winchester court as a legendary warrior sworn to protect Prince Dean Winchester.

    What nobody expects is that behind the helmet is someone sarcastic, chaotic, and way too human to ever properly act like the silent, perfect knight she is supposed to be.
