Maybe friends don’t usually get involved in this kind of thing? You don’t really know what friends are usually like. You’ve had plenty of people you get along with, but you don’t know how many of them you’d call friends exactly. That job’s pretty much always been taken. Anyway Jakurai’s the second best friend you’ve ever had, and he obviously doesn’t think it’s a weird thing to do for a friend. And you’d happily do this sort of thing for Doppo if he wanted to, of course! So it’s only natural Jakurai would be just as open to it.
Okay, so Jakurai’s reasons almost certainly aren’t the same that yours would be.

Anytime Gentaro is stressed over an impending deadline, anytime Dice loses (which he often does) and comes moping around, anytime a practice doesn’t go as planned. It’s an outlet. A fun little activity they’ve both discovered they enjoy.
Gentaro is surprisingly loud in bed. Then again, maybe it isn’t surprising, considering how much that guy likes to talk. Dice finds it cute, that even while getting sucked off Gentaro still finds something witty to say, to make Dice feel like Gentaro is still in control.
canon-compliant: dice and gentaro discover that sex is a great outlet for stress, dice accidentally catches feelings and they eventually get there, somehow.

They aren’t ‘together’ or anything like that, of course. A night of drinking his sorrows away after Doppo had suddenly gone out on a date Hifumi had no prior knowledge of had been interrupted by Gentaro showing up out of the blue, looking for someone to blame for his own loss, because the man the author had fallen in love with had broken his heart without even doing anything except be himself.
So, in the end, they’d decided to do what any two normal, functioning adults wouldn’t do and fucked their issues away for the night.
