Chenle blinks. That clearly catches him off guard.
“You want me to bite you,” he repeats, a little slower this time, a little more careful.
Jisung likes to think he knows almost everything there is to know about vampires. That is, until his vampire best friend bites him.

“I’m open to anything, what are you suggesting?” Chenle asks.
“W–well, Donghyuck said it’s okay as long as you don’t touch me. But I, uh—“ Jisung gesticulates, trying his best to explain the plan. But the more words or gestures he uses, the more confused Chenle appears.
Eventually, Jisung grabs his bag from the table, pulling out the handcuffs Donghyuck had given him. Thinking that showing the keyholder them will help relay the message Jisung is trying to spell out.
“I’m allowed to touch you… I just can’t date you.”
Or: As a Playboy bunny Jisung isn't allowed to date Chenle, but rules always have their loopholes. It just requires some confidence... and perhaps, a pair of handcuffs.

We’re not even friends right now! Jisung wants to interject, but his brain is too heavily focused on the first part of Chenle’s plan—the part where he has to pretend to be in a relationship for the next few weeks.

Chenle would do anything for his friends.
It's been established multiple times. When Jaemin needed a place to stay? Chenle opened his apartment to him. When Jeno couldn't pay his gym membership after he got fired? Chenle paid it for him. When Renjun needed to get away from a creepy guy at the bar? Chenle pretended to be his boyfriend.
He's no stranger to his friend asking him for things, after all, they know he'll say yes. He's down for just about anything, honestly.
So when Jisung pauses the movie and asks him, “Will you kiss me?”
Chenle says yes.
