Summary
Sirius Black is immortal. He was born in the year 1700 in rural France. He does not age. He drinks blood to survive. But he is NOT a vampire, he simply doesn’t like it when people throw garlic at him. The year is 2002 and Remus Lupin is not into him, not at all. Until very suddenly he finds that he really, really is. It would have been a lot easier if he’d just left him alone when he’d asked.

Sirius Black loses everything on Outbreak Day. Ten years go by and he spends all of them alone, until one night when he is presented with an opportunity to get it all back. Meeting a man with more secrets than stories, he must travel across the country with his new companion, battling against infected, selfish men in the selfish, unforgiving world they live in. Will they reach their destination? What will he find if he gets there? What are the consequences of surviving such a perilous journey?
