His breath hitches, the hair on the back of his neck rises. The old photo of his brother stared back at him.

Shouto had been abused and isolated for half of his life. Since his parents' divorce, pleasing his sex-hungry, miserable father was all he had going for him. He lost all hope, coming to terms with the fact that he'll never live a normal life like the other kids at school.
That wasn't until he got a new phone for his birthday and made a friend online. Someone who agreed to help him reunite with his oldest brother, Touya, who's supposedly living in Kyushu.

Summary
Jet had left the forests for Ba-Sing-Se in search of a new life, a normal life, and although the thoughts of domestic life scare him, he meets Li, an anxious, ill-tempered, and confined refugee, so if Li could suck it up, so could he. Besides, as long as Li is there he feels his life won't be as boring, especially since he feels as if Li was meant for so much more than the simple life of a refugee.

“Distracted much?” A voice behind him.
Shit.
Katsuki's head hit the ground as Todoroki tackled him, a circle of flames surrounding them and blocking off any hope of escape. Dirt scraped against his skin and he shot an explosion frantically into the air- but it died in his now frozen hands. Katsuki glared up at Todoroki, who smirked as he ripped the remaining band off his arm. The fire around them withered out.
“Fuck you,” Katsuki spat. “Cheap fucking trick. You’re pathetic.”
Todoroki didn’t get off of him. Instead, he leaned in closer, until his mouth was right against Katsuki’s ear, his breath icy cold when he whispered. "I don’t give a fuck what you think about me.”
OR
The war is over, and Class 1-A heads into second year. Katsuki, Izuku and Shoto are trying their best to cope. But there is no wound that heals with salt still in it.
