Summary
When Cartman gets elected as the Official Class Trip Planner, Kyle starts getting suspicions that Cartman's intentions aren't as well-meaning and civically-minded as he's claiming. Too bad nobody's listening. Kyle can only hope he'll be able to figure out what Cartman's up to and put an end to it before it's too late.
The idea that this all could have something to do with him and a seven year old bet never even enters his mind.
