Developing the slow-burn romance between Robert and Courtney immediately after the events of Episode 8 of Dispatch.
What to expect:
- Cute moments between our two favorite loners following an overarching story.
- Z-Team shenanigans and found family moments.
- Expansion on Courtney and Robert's backstories, compliant with established canon.
- Inclusion of Courtney's internal thoughts when needed.
- Mild angst.
- Some other unique ideas I can't list here or else it would spoil the story.Possible rating change from Mature to Explicit in the future.

Summary
They say that when a butterfly flaps its wings, it can cause a tornado to form and tear through a village a thousand miles away. Every choice has a consequence that can change the course of the future. This has never been a concept Robert feared. For as long as he can remember he’s been trapped in the perennial blue of his own solitary heart.
To love is to lose. To lose is to live, and he thinks he might just be ready to start trying to do just that.

Summary
Like (apparently) many people, I enjoyed the characters of Dispatch enough that I got an itch to write something.
A re-telling of the story of Dispatch, with additions to the existing canon story that (hopefully) flesh things out. Think of it like a canon+ story, or a director's cut. Might have post-canon eventually, depending on how it goes. This is my first time writing and posting a story so constructive feedback would be appreciated.

Summary
The day has been saved. Shroud is dead, Mecha Man is back, and the Z-team have emerged as heroes.
A victory doesn’t mean everything is well, though. Robert is wracked with guilt over his decision to kill Shroud, Courtney faces the reality of her failing lung implant, and neither of them fully understand how to navigate the relationship that has blossomed between them.
And yet, when there’s a will, there’s a way. Both of them are certainly willing, so with enough effort, there may just yet be some… waying?
A series exploring Robert and Courtney’s perspectives in the timeframe immediately after the season 1 finale.
