Kenma notices changes to his and Kuroo's relationships. There's more doubts and confusions, small gay panics, and insecurity but it's part of growing up and being alive. Kuroo knows what he feels but doesn't want to pressure Kenma or push him away. Akaashi meet's Bokuto and while the star player becomes an important part of his life Akaashi never thought he himself could be important to someone.
Bokuto and Kuroo are best bros. Everyone is soft! AKaashi and Kenma are a scary dynamic duo.Even though this will end with KuroKen and BokuAka it's going to have a lot of self-growth and introspection! This is a slow burn and it's starting from Kenma's last year at middle school/ Kuroo's first year at Nekoma to Akaashi and Kenma being third years. But all stories could be read as standalones too! Loosely inspired by "Time Alive" by KC Katalbas (seriously one of my favorite songs ever.)

“Hello? Hi.” The fox hybrid startles, and an appley woody scent, that Seungmin can’t identify but knows is coming from the other man, spikes in shock. The hybrid quickly stands and turns around to face him. Seungmin is taken aback by the other man’s beauty. His sharp facial features contradict his softer scent and oversized sweater and sweatpants. “Sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you, I just wanted you to know I was out here.” The fox hybrid only nods responses and wipes his hands on his pants. “I’m Seungmin, it’s nice to meet you.”
The other man seems to contemplate what he wants to say before opening his mouth.
“I’m Jeongin. It’s nice to meet you too, Seungmin.”

“What’s their name?” Seungmin asks. He’s trying hard to mask the shock in his voice. His discomfort is probably as clear as day on his face—he can practically feel his eye twitching. But luckily—or unluckily—Jeongin doesn’t look up from his phone to notice. He’s still texting.
“Beomgyu,” Jeongin answers.

Seungmin nods, and looks out the window as the streets fly by them in a blur.
