Summary
Hinata sends Kageyama good morning and good night texts, he tells Kageyama stories about his roommate, his job, and about volleyball. Always volleyball. It never gets annoying, or overwhelming, or boring. In fact, it doesn’t do enough to soothe the ache of missing his best friend.
Hinata also sends pictures. So many pictures. Too many pictures.
The pictures are usually silly and cute, (like Hinata, his brain supplies unhelpfully), snapshots of his sunny days in Rio. But between the pictures of sunsets on the beach and funny road signs and new recipes Hinata is trying out, he sends pictures of himself.
The problem is: Kageyama likes the pictures a little too much.
Or: Hinata gets unbearably hot during his years in Brazil, and it makes Kageyama open his stupid lust-addled mouth to say all the wrong things. The way Hinata responds, he wonders - hopes - that they're actually all the right things.

Summary
If Minhyun knows anything about magic, it's that it's dangerous. If he knows anything about Jonghyun, it's that Minhyun regrets losing him eight years ago.
Balancing those two things isn't easy, especially not when Jonghyun returns, very much magical and very much entangled in plots neither of them fully understand.

In retrospective, wishing for things to go back to the way they were before Minhyun’s temporary departure had been utopic of him. Minhyun simply hadn’t been the same after coming back.
