Dr. Ludwig probably believed Jeremy to be a hypochondriac, Jeremy knew it – he came to the doctor's office so often, every new little ache was a cause for concern, a reason to see the doctor. Maybe he was vigilant. That was his personal excuse for coming here not to see his doctor but to see his doctor.
Is it wrong to really like your doctor, so much that you try to fuck him during your appointment? Maybe. Jeremy isn't actually too worried about that, though. He's been wanting this for months and he just wants Dr. Ludwig to take the hint already. (read: modern, normal au mediscout, but not actually that normal)

Jeremy's voice was even shakier this time. “Mick, not in front of the kids, please,” he said hushedly.
It seemed that Mick hadn't even noticed Tanya watching from just behind a corner. Her eyes, already big and round, were blown wide. No matter how many times she saw Daddy hurt Papa she was still so scared and it made Jeremy sick.

Summary
Medic didn't open his mouth, though. Scout felt like his silence was mocking, the lack of pained groans, panting, begging, crying or screaming made Scout figure that he'd need to go further. Medic was tantalizing, it wasn't the first time Scout had retaliated in some climactic release of hatred only to be teased back into submission by that unforgiving, inexpressive look, that said nothing he did would even be so much as a dent on Medic's body.
Scout decides he can't take Medic's abuse anymore and he fights back. It doesn't end well.
(Aka my shitty and forever unfinished sequel to And Other Poison Devils that's just violence and porn and violence porn wrapped up together in a forever unfinished series of events)

Summary
Its skin was dark and marbled with burns. Small circular ones dotted its palms but large, sweeping marks pulled and twisted the skin on the top of its hands. It wasn’t shocking, though, it was exactly what Scout had expected of a mercenary who likes to play with fire in its free time. Scout definitely found it ugly, though, because Pyro’s stupid hobbies were exactly what he hated about it.
Pyro is curious about the marks it sees on Scout's arm. Scout teaches Pyro his special way of relieving stress.

Yet again, Medic cursed himself, this time for being weak. He wished Scout could know that a strong man had taken care of him, that Medic would be okay without him. Medic expected Scout to cry with him, but he opened his eyes again to see a smile on the boy’s face.

Summary
Despite Medic's insistence, Scout didn't see how a "quick examination" of his heart was necessary. He could say the same for all of the doctor's unusual experiments – but Medic's mid-surgery praise continued to draw him to the infirmary each night, each time a guinea pig was needed.
Medic is blatantly manipulative and Scout can't get enough of it, even if he hates it. (AKA my excuse to write lots of blood and gore.)

Jeremy repeated to himself that this was nothing but a sick joke, a prank, a weird fetish that Mickey had decided to indulge in. He couldn't believe it, though, because the way the man held the knife to his neck, gripped his face, even how he spoke was now rough and uncaring. Now Mick acted more like every other man he met at that filthy bar.
Scout unknowingly gets his ass picked up by a serial killer at the bar!!!!!!!!

Scout whimpers. "Stop, stop, no," is what he wants to say. It's not Sniper's fault, he knows that. If anything, he himself is at fault for not speaking. "I should be saying something," he thinks. Why is it so hard?
Scout lets himself get taken advantage of again because he just can't say "no."
